All furniture are pre-assembled and checked before leaving the factory.
We guarantee our furniture against any structural defects for 12 months.
Surface cracking of timber is quite common and where it affects the integrity of the structural strength, we will gladly replace the piece of furniture.
*It is the client’s responsibility to get the furniture that has to be replaced due to structural defect back to

BLOC Outdoor will accept to reimburse the costs of the transport to the client on presenting us with a receipt of the costs form an accredited transport company.
All our dining chairs are not guaranteed as we cannot take responsibility for how it gets treated and handled.
